Responsibilities:

• Manager and oversee all branch operations
• Monitor and analyze branch performance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives
• Lead and motivate sales team while providing coaching and guidance as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business development initiativess
• Other job responsilites as assigned

Experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong background in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, providing direction and support
• Strategic planning experience to develop long-term goals and strategies for the branch
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance customer experience
